2025 ADMISSION PROCESS

Infant School timetables (Playgroup, Pre-kindergarten and Kindergarten).

08:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. from Monday to Thursday – Departure time: Friday: 1:00 p.m.

*Playgroup has the option of half a day until 1:00 p.m. and an extended day for those who require it until 4:00 p.m.

Elementary and High School schedules (1st grade to fourth grade).

08:15 h. to 16:10 h. – Departure time Friday 13:15 h.

ADMISSION PROCESS

Here are the steps to follow:

1.- Send the Application Form found on our website. It must be entered only once. Se debe de ingresar una sola vez.

2.- Then we will contact you via email, in a maximum of approximately 4 business days, in case you have a place available for the course of interest, we will request the documentation for the admission process. If there are no places, we will notify you by mail of your entry to the waiting list.

3.- Once the documentation has been received, the person in charge of Admission will contact you to schedule an informative interview through the Zoom platform or in person, depending on availability. At least one of the applicant's parents or guardians must be present for the interview. Applicants to 5th grade to 4th grade will be interviewed in a second instance by the Rectory and/or the Department of Training.

4.- After what was discussed in the interview and agreeing with the Educational Project, you will be given a maximum period of 3 days to confirm your quota.

5.- When confirming your quota, the enrollment process will be scheduled in person.

6.- Applicants from 1st grade to 4th grade who carry out the admission process, must take a diagnostic evaluation in October, to level up and incorporate themselves in a better way to the year they will study.

7.- In those courses where places are not available, we will have a waiting list, which is entered by sending the application form, being automatically on it. If a place is made in the applied course, we will contact you via email.

Note: It is important to note that the number of places could vary during the process, as it will depend on possible repetitions and withdrawals that may occur during the application period.
